Thanksgiving
A delicious collection of Thanksgiving favorites, such as my Citrus Thyme Turkey Breast (way easier than roasting a full bird!) and Corn Bread Stuffing with Sausage, to new sides that will become family favorites like my Cauliflower Leek Gratin Twice Baked Potato Casserole and Smashed Sweet Potatoes, decadent desserts like my Pecan Bars with Shortbread Crust, and of course my easy Apple Galette.
Fresh Green Bean Casserole
This Fresh Green Bean Casserole is an updated take on the Green Bean Casserole of my youth, one slathered in Cream of Mushroom Soup, and canned green beans. We can do better! This version takes fresh green beans and covers them with a homemade creamy mushroom sauce (with three types of mushrooms!) and then gets topped with the classic crispy fried onions.
